These burn-in knives are made from hardened tool steel. Ceramic cement is used to embed the knife blades into the handles, allowing the knives to withstand high temperatures without becoming loose. The handles have no metal ferrules or pins that could trap heat or potentially burn the user. Blade width is 1/2" and the overall length is 6-7/8".
